The ancient church of St. John the Baptist has been a Christian presence in Old Malden for over a thousand years. We are a dynamic collection of people from a wide variety of backgrounds, including many different church traditions within the Church of England and beyond.

Our worship is relaxed and traditional. Our theology is open and inclusive, viewing the wealth of scripture through the lens of the love of Jesus Christ. We seek to be a spiritual home for all ages and to nurture everyone’s own unique journey of faith.

We are committed to maintaining an open and inclusive attitude to all. We do this because we believe such an attitude more closely reflects God’s generous love and compassion.

Old Malden Nature Hub

The Old Malden Nature Hub is a newly formed group.

Our aim is to share St John’s ancient site and buildings with local biodiversity organisations, to enable them to engage and educate the local community about the marvels of nature right on their doorstep.
